Welcome to my practice! I’m Jaime Emmons, a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner with substantial experience in emergency medical care. Since 2009, I have successfully navigated various emergency medical environments including level II trauma centers, regional medical centers, and local hospitals. I obtained my master in Family Nurse Practitioner from Frontier Nursing University in 2014 and a post master certificate in adult gerontology/acute care in 2018 from Mount Carmel College of Nursing. I am board certified in Family, emergency, and adult gerontology/acute care.  I am committed to delivering house call services that make healthcare more accessible for you. I saw a need for the convenience of house call medical services in Steamboat and I am eager to help you prioritize your health, ensuring you get back to enjoying your vacation as soon as possible!
